Weeks 15 and 16

I'm so incredibly thankful to not have any type of morning sickness. I've known people who have been extremely sick and hear pretty frequently about how miserable some women are throughout their pregnancy.

I have very rarely felt sick--one reason my mom and Dr. Riegel thought it might be a boy. I feel kind of blah every once in a while, but nothing compared to what it could be like. For the past few months I have been getting horrendous headaches. There are times where I'll end up on the couch with all the lights off and a blanket over my head...and my head just continues to pound. I've tried wearing sunglasses in the dark, anything to keep light out...but that didn't seem to do much either--expect make Danny laugh.

I talked to Dr. Riegel about it and he recommended Excedrin Migraine and drinking a Red Bull in hopes that the caffeine would help kick the headache. Unfortunately, just the smell of Red Bull makes me want to throw up. And since I've been fortunately enough to not get sick, I'll continue taking the headaches over throwing up.

We've been praying about the headaches going away and I can honestly say, they have been becoming less frequent. Thank you Lord.

15 Weeks

16 Weeks
As you can tell, I'm growing. Quickly. Now my kids are really convinced there is a baby in there. At first, some of them thought I was just getting fat. Yes, they said that. :)
